Heron by HUBCIER may process account details, delivery information, product requests, order activity, payment evidence, support communications and technical security records needed to provide and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to operate customer accounts, source requested products, manage purchases, record payment activity, arrange delivery, provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Communications
Where a customer has opted in, Heron may send transactional updates about payments and orders through supported channels such as email or WhatsApp. Marketing communication requires separate permission where applicable.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers and purchasing or delivery partners where needed to fulfil the requested service, protect the platform or comply with law. Records are retained only for as long as required for those purposes.
Your choices
Customers can review account preferences and contact Heron to ask about access, correction or deletion rights that apply in their jurisdiction.
